P2DNZ to Take Spotlight at COP28

GDP is reporting on the progress of Pathways to Dairy Net Zero (P2DNZ) at COP28 and how the global climate initiative is achieving positive results in many regions and accelerating action in others. GDP will be telling dairy’s sustainability story throughout the two-week meeting with representatives speaking at over 10 events. GDP has a large delegation at COP28, including GDP’s Chair, Miles Hurrell; Deputy Chair, Hanne Søndergaard; and Board Member Jay Waldvogel.

P2DNZ is backed by more than 200 leading organizations and governments, including the 10 largest dairy companies in the world. Collectively, supporters represent more than 40% of global dairy production throughout the supply chain, making it one of the largest initiatives of its kind in agriculture.
